Now that we have described a classic consultant / trainer, lets take a look at what an expert consultant does.

2) Prepares specific questions effecting market conditions, management, forecasting and overall work conditions, wants and need and things that are lacking.
3) Creates audiance participation
4) Creates focus groups within the participants
5) Encourages private one-on-one confidential meetings with the consultant
6) Meets with Executive Team and or Owners of the Company
7) Reviews and presents suggestions, plans to Create Change and a road map to How to Achieve the goals
8) Re-groups with participants and discusses overall feedback and a To-Do-List
9) Sets goals for individual and team success
10) Spends time with individuals/teams and creates actual plans of action!
11) Creates a follow up and ROI programs for accountability
12) Keeps in touch regularlay with Management/Owners and Participants
13) Readily available for questions, new concerns, and updates of the action plan
14) Re Groups with participant and management/ Owners for RESULT Meeting Update
